建立柠条平茬端面质量评价指标体系的研究

Research on Establishment the Quality Evaluation Indicator System for Cutting Stubble Surface of Caragana

通过室内、室外试验相结合的试验方法,对柠条切割后的端面质量评价指标进行了研究:主要阐述了室内实验部分,模拟柠条的生长状态,进行平茬,最终得出切割端面的评价指标、影响切割端面质量的主要因素及其最优组合,为室外试验提供数据基础。建立柠条平茬端面质量评价指标体系为小型割灌机切割器的设计与切割效果的评价提供了理论依据。

This article uses the method of combining indoor experiment with the outdoor experiment, researched the quality evaluation indicator system for cutting stubble surface of caragana. The article mainly recites the laboratory experiment part, simulating caragana＇s growth condition, cutting stubble, finally, obtains the evaluating indicator of surface, the primary factors which influence the quality of cutting surface and the most superior combination, and provides the data foundation for the outdoor experiment. The establishment of the quality evaluation indicator system for cutting stubble surface of caragana provides the theory basis of the design of cutter for small Sandy Shrub Harvester and the evaluation of cutting effect.
