摘要
为了判断495型柴油机润滑系的故障,依据该润滑系结构特点设计了一种基于润滑系不拆卸检测方案的检测项目和仪器。同时,阐述了测试安装的方法和设计方案的结构与原理。该方案解决了495型柴油机润滑系故障诊断的难题,其该方案操作简便、测试准确、技术容易掌握,可作为同形式润滑系的发动机判断润滑系故障的借鉴。
For judging the problem of lubricating system of 495 diesel, according to the frame character of this lubricating system, a no disassembly detecting project, inspect item and instrument on lubrication system were designed. The paper describes the method of testing installation and the structure and principle of design. This project solves testing problem of lubricating system of 3,95 diesel. It operates easily, tests precisely and it is easy to learn. It can be used to those diesels which have the same form of lubricating system.
