摘要
中国水资源的时空分布很不均衡,降雨由东向西减少。西北干旱半干旱区域,年降雨总量少,且按季节分配不均,年降水的60%~70%集中分布于6-9月,降水强度大。要解决西北干旱缺水问题,可从增水、蓄水、保水、高效用水等4个方面综合考虑。就目前形势来看,西北地区水资源的补充主要靠天然降水。为此,研发一种经济、有效的蓄水保墒技术及机具对雨水资源的利用将产生重大的影响。该机具一机多用,少耕免耕,不破坏原有植被,不会引发水土流失,有良好的开发前景。
The distribution of rain water resources is quite not balanced in China, reduced rainfall from east to west. The average annual rainfall is in less in Northwest arid and semi - arid regions with the uneven seasonal distribution of rainfall. 60 percent to 70 percent of annual rainfall concentrated in June to September along with great intensity of precipitation. To solve the Northwest drought and water shortage problems, wo can consider from increase in water, accumulation of water, protection of moisture and efficiently use of water. On the current situation, In Northwest arid and semi - arid regions water resources" supplement depend largely on natural rainfall. So, the development of a kind of economic, effective accumulation of water and protection of moisture technology and machines will have a significant impact on the development of water resources. The machines with several uses, less farming or free farming, does not destroy the original vegetation and will not lead to soil erosion. There are good prospects for development of the machines.
