随着科技的发展,计算机辅助技术在农业机械中的应用越来越广泛,CAE就是近几年开始在农业机械中得到应用的一种新技术。为此,着重研究了利用有限元分析软件对脱粒滚筒轴进行有限元静力分析的过程。通过分析,得到了该轴在静力作用下的应力和应变图,基本掌握了滚筒轴的应力和变形分布规律,对该轴的生产制造有一定的参考价值。

With the development of technology, the computer assistance technology are more and more applied in the farm machinery , and CAE is one kind of new technique which obtains the application in the farm machinery in recent years. This paper focuses on the use of finite element analysis software, the threshing cylinder axis static finite element analysis process. Through analysis, have been the axis in the role of the static stress and strain of, basically mastered the roller shaft stress and deformation distribution of the shaft production has some reference value.
