摘要
为实现西红柿苗嫁接的自动化,进行了西红柿嫁接机器人控制系统的开发设计。在对系统整体功能需求分析的基础上,进行了软硬件的合理分工,开发出了西红柿嫁接机器人控制系统的硬件电路和应用软件。实验表明,该控制系统工作可靠,操作方便,成本较低,能很好地完成嫁接机器人整个工作过程的控制,具有较好的市场前景。
Based on extensive demand for tomato automatic grafting technology in our country, the author has researched and exploited tomato grafting automatic equipment, and designed tomato grafting robot that satisfies practical produce requirement. Design and realization of control system for tomato grafting robot is discussed in this article. Reasonable distribution of software and hardware is done, and hardware electrocircuit and applied software for this system are exploited on the base of analysis of system function demand. Experiments indicate that this control system is credible while working, entire in function and convenient while operating, and can complete the control of the whole work process of very well. And this system has relatively low cost, so it has a good market future.
