摘要
随着中国民营物流企业的发展壮大,物流专业人才已成为民营物流企业经济实现新一轮增长的关键。然而,民营物流企业人力资源管理中依然存在观念落后、对人才培训重视不够、薪酬管理体系不完善等问题。本文在分析民营物流企业人力资源管理中存在的问题的基础上,提出了相应的对策建议。
With the development and expansion of China's private logistics enterprises, logistics professionals have become the key to the achievement of a new round of economic growth for them. However, there are many problems in human resources management in the enterprises, such as backward conception of management, less attention on personnel training and imperfect system of compensation management. This article puts forward some adviees and countermeasures on the basis of the analysis of the existing problems on human resource management in private logistics enterprises.
