论证了MP定位系统的可行性,对基站(Cell-ID)的定位技术、地理信息技术进行了深入研究,并使之有机结合,形成可视化的定位技术。结合系统可行性和业务可拓展性,设计了业务数据(调度管理)、辅助功能、电子地图功能及系统管理子系统。

This article demonstrates the feasibility of MP positioning system, researches the CeU-ID positioning technique and geographical information technique and forms the visualized positioning technique by combining the two organically. It,combining with the system feasibility and business expansibility, designs the business data （dispatch management）, assistant function, electronic map function and subsystems of system management.
