棘球蚴免疫逃避机制研究进展

摘要 棘球蚴病是一种危害人类健康和畜牧业发展的人兽共患寄生虫病,呈世界性分布,由细粒棘球蚴或泡状棘球蚴在宿主体内寄生造成,这两种棘球蚴在宿主体内能够生长发育,与其复杂有效的免疫逃避机制密不可分。根据近年来的研究文献,本文综述了棘球蚴逃避宿主防御免疫攻击的机制,指出了研究棘球蚴免疫逃避机制的意义和今后努力的方向。 Echinoeoccus disease is a worldwide chronic zoonotie parasitic diseases, which is harmful to the people's health and the graziery's development. The parasitic disease is caused by Eehinoeoecus granulosus or Bubbly echinococcosis in human body. These two parasites grow in human body, which has been demonstrated to be associated with complicated and effective mechanisms of immune evasion. This article reviewed latest research progress in the mechanisms of immune evasion of echinoeoecus and its clinical values, and gave up the research direction in the future.
