许多研究表明,无菌性松动与RANKL/RANK/OPG系统的关系密切。
Aseptic loosening of artificial joint is the important factor affecting the in-service life of prosthetic replacement. Many researches indicate there is a close correlation between the RANKL/RANK/OPG system and aseptic loosening. This system regulates osteoclast formation, activation and survival, it makes bone metabolism, immune system and endocrine system connect tightly. Researches discover many hormones and cytokines can regulate the expression of this system directly or indirectly, to mediate the differentiation and function of osteoclast, and finally to influence bone metabolism. This article reviews studies about the role of the RANKL/RANK/OPG system in aseptic loosening.
