摘要
急性肺损伤(ALI)因病因复杂多样,发病机制及病理生理改变至今不明确而成为临床高病死率的常见病。目前的机械通气治疗不能从根本上阻断其发展,人们对ALI的药物治疗寄予了更多的希望,本文就其药物保护方面的临床及试验研究进行综述。
Acute lung injury （ALI）is a common disease with high mortality in clinical experiences. Its etiological factors are complicated and various, and the mechanism and pathophysiological changes haven＇t been identified yet. At present, No matter which mode of mechanical ventilation been chosen, the progress of ALl couldn＇t be prevented. Therefore, drug treatments have been paid much attention to, the protective drugs in experimental and clinical researches were reviewed in this article.
