摘要
雌激素可通过对α平滑肌肌动蛋白、基质金属蛋白酶、金属蛋白酶组织抑制因子1和转化生长因子β作用的调节,影响细胞外基质代谢;调节血管紧张素(Ang)-Ⅱ受体亚型间的比例、促进Ang-Ⅱ向舒血管的Ang-(1~7)的转化等,抑制肾内高表达的Ang-Ⅱ;并通过调节一氧化氮系统在慢性肾脏疾病不同阶段病理生理过程中的作用而发挥肾保护作用。本研究对雌激素在慢性肾脏疾病中的肾保护作用予以综述。
Estrogen acts on the metabolism of extracellular matrix(ECM) by regulating α-smooth muscle actin ( α-SMA ) , matrix metalloproteinase (MMPs) , tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase-1 ( TIMP-1 ) and transforming growth factor-β (TGF-β). It also regulates the ratio of angiotensin-Ⅱ receptors, and promotes the transformation of the Ang- Ⅱ to Ang- ( 1-7 ), which in turn inhibits the high expression of Ang- Ⅱin the kindney. Moreover,estrogen protects the kindney by affecting nitric oxide system. This article reviewed the renal protection of estrogen on chronic kidney diseases.
