摘要 目的探讨尿微量清蛋白对原发性高血压早期肾损害的诊断价值。方法选择120例尿常规尿蛋白阴性的原发性高血压患者及120例健康志愿者,采用乳胶增强免疫比浊法测定尿微量清蛋白并做比较。结果高血压组和对照组尿微量清蛋白分别为(23±12)mg/L和(14±6)mg/L,两组间差异有统计学意义(t=7.86,P<0.01)。结论尿微量清蛋白检测对原发性高血压早期肾脏损害有重要诊断价值。 Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of urinary microalbumin in early renal damage of patients with primary hypertension. Methods 120 patients with primary hypertension with negative urine protein in urine routine detection and 120 healthy volunteers were involved in, and urinary microalbumin was detected by latex enhancement immunoturbidimetry. Results The excretion of urinary microalbumin of hypertension patients is(23 ± 12 )rag/L, and that of healthy persons is (14 ±6 )mg/L, there were significant difference ( t = 7.86,P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Regularly detection of the excretion of urinary microalbumin has important diagnostic value for early discovering renal injure of primary hypertension.
