本文在5年前大规模调研基础上,再次组织了跨5省市的30家医院"市场经济条件下医患关系和医德现状"的大型实地调查。通过数据分析,得出了医患关系和医德医风有所好转,总体状况仍不容乐观的结论,尤其是在上次调研中特别提出并引起反响的"医患信任度"问题依然突出,应引起高度重视和正确应对。

To make a further and correct analysis and judgement of the current situation of the doctor - patient relationship and medical ethics, based on a similar research carried out 5 years ago, a large - scale on - the - spot investigation was made which involves 5 provinces and cities in China. In this paper a conclusion is made after statistic treatment with Epidata and Spass soft that both the doctor - patient relationship and medical ethics are changing for the better but that the general situation is not optimistical. The problem of doctor - patient trust degree is still very serious and this calls for greater attention and proper counter -- measures.
