液—液重力澄清槽的设计放大(Ⅱ)从间歇澄清实验数据予测连续澄清槽的工作特性

摘要 在前文基础上,本文具体剖析了从间歇澄清实验数据予测连续澄清槽工作特性的方法;一是总分散带高度控制的具有指数衰减形式的过程,另一是具有S形衰减形式的澄清过程,对于后者分别导出了连续澄清槽的沉降区高度(Hs)和密堆集区高度(Hp)的计算模型,引入由间歇澄清实验所确定的有关参数后,即可对Hs、Hp和分散相通量进行关联,并进而进行连续澄清槽的设计放大。 Based on the previous paper the method for prediction of operation characteristics of continuous settler from the experimental data of batch settler is analyzed. There are the following two cases: (1) Exponential decay of batch dispersion height, and (2) Sigmoidal decay of batch dispersion height. For the latter,the computation models for sedimentation zone height and dense packed zone height are deduced respectively. Substituting the obtained data from batch settling experiment,the heights of sedimentation zone and dense packed zone for continuous settler are related with the throughput of dispersion, and the design and scale-up of the continuous setter can be realized.
