维生素K缺乏与骨损害的关系
摘要
维生素K（Vit K）是一族萘醌类物质，主要包括VitK1（叶绿醌）和VitK1（甲基萘醌类），分别来自绿色植物和酵解产物。其中VitK2（MK）是一组有不同数目的异戊二烯醇样残基萘醌构成的家族，包括日常饮食里肉类和蛋类中含有的甲基萘醌-4（MK-4）；一些发酵豆类中由大量细菌合成的甲基萘醌-7（MK-7）。
