摘要 CT生产厂商推出了自动曝光控制AEC技术,根据受检者的体态调节管电流,达到减小辐射剂量的目的。在扫描过程中采用AEC技术,系统会给出一个剂量指数CTDI_(vol),但对于整个扫描过程,实际的CTDI_(vol)是随着管电流的改变而不断改变的。因此,厂商提供的CTDI_(vol)到底有什么指导意义,本文将以临床实验和计算机软件模拟相结合的方法,探讨系统剂量指数的指导意义。 All major CT manufacturers propose automatic exposure control (AEC) devices to decrease patients' dose during examination. CT equipment can provide a dose index called CTDIvnl to indicate the dose delivered to patients. However, during AEC modulation CTDIvnl changes according to different tube current. So what does CTDIvnl mean? In this study, we discuss the guiding significance of CTDIvnl during AEC modulation by the combination of clinical experiments and computer simulation.
