摘要
本文利用羧甲基纤维素(CMC)溶液,初步研究了气升式外环流反应器(ALR)中的粘性液体循环速度,塔平均气含率、气液间体积氧传质系数与气速间的关系。在本实验研究的范围内,得出液体循环速度UL和塔平均气含率ε_G与气速U_G的数学关联式。并对体积氧传质系数k_(La)随气速和体系粘度的变化规律进行了初步理沦分析。
Investigation has been carried out on liquid recirculation velocity, average holdup and volumetric oxygen mass transfer coefficient in an air-lift reactor with an external loop. The experimental systems used are air, deionized water and carboxymethylcellulose (CMC). In this experimental range, tne individual correlation expressions for liquid recirculation velocity and average gas holdup have been obtained. A preliminary analysis has also been done on the law explaining the changes of volumetric oxygen mass transfer coefficient with gas holdup and viscosity of the experimental system.
