摘要
为考察不同茄子砧木的耐盐性,以茄子嫁接生产中常用的托鲁巴姆(Solanum torvum)、赤茄(Solanum integgriflium)、刺茄(Solanum texanum)和刚果茄(Solanum sisymbriiflium)为试材,测定不同NaCl浓度处理下的植株高度,计算生长量和相对生长量;测定根干质量和地上部干质量,计算根冠比;测定盐害指数,根系活力和电导率情况。结果表明:随着NaCl处理浓度的增加,4种茄子砧木的根干质量、地上部干质量、根系活力下降,膜透性增加。与对照相比托鲁巴姆地上部干质量下降最小(52%)、根系活力下降最小(22%)、盐害指数最低(52%)、叶片和根系电导率的增加最小,耐盐性最强;刚果茄地上部干质量下降最大(72%)、根系活力下降最大(41%)、盐害指数最高(72%)、叶片和根系电导率的增加最大,耐盐性最低。
In order to investigate the salt tolerance of rootstocks of eggplant, Solanum torvum, Solarium integgriflium, Solarium texanum and Solanum sisymbriiflium were used as material to detect the plant height for calculating average growth and relative growth; dry mass of root and overground for caculating root to shoot ratio; salinity injury index, root activity and elecrolyte leakafe. The results showed that with the increase of NaC1, dry mass of root, dry mass of overground and root activity declined and membrane permeability increased in 4 rootstocks. Comparing with control, the decrease of overground mass (52%) and root activity (22%) were least in Solanum torvum, salinity injury index (52%) of were lowest, the increase of elecrolyte leakafe was lowest, so the salt tolerance of Solanum torvum was the strongest. Comparing with control, the decrease of overground dry mass (72%) and root activity (41%) of Solarium sisymbriiflium was most, salinity injury index (72%) was lowest, the increase of ele- crolyte leakafe was highest, so the salt tolerance of Solarium sisymbriiflium was the weakest.
