摘要
采用随机有限元法预测车辆扭力轴的寿命,对车辆训练中扭力轴的工作环境进行分析,建立扭力轴的随机有限元模型,运用Matlab对扭力轴所受的载荷谱进行编制,将确定型有限元分析软件ANSYS与随机有限元相结合,得出扭力轴的应力分布函数,利用S-N曲线计算扭力轴的疲劳寿命,提出新的更换周期。
Use stochastic finite element method to predict life cycle of vehicle torsion shaft, analyze working conditions of vehicle torsion shaft in training, set up stochastic finite element modeling of the torsion shaft, program and analyze the loading spectrum by Matlab. Combine the finite element analysis software ANSYS with stochastic finite element method, find out the stress distributing function of the torsion shaft, calculate the fatigue life of torsion shaft by S-N curve, and put forward the new replacing cycle at last.
