摘要 分析及时送修策略下的备件保障过程的特点,总结备件保障概率的函数模型,构建以费用为约束的系统级备件保障概率目标函数,并进行特性分析。然后基于边际效应方法描述备件库存优化流程,并修正各产品初始备件量值,以符合模型边界条件。最后通过具体案例的应用,对模型进行进一步的说明和检验。 Analyze characteristics of spare supporting process with the strategy of one-by-one repair, and summarize support probability model. Then, the target function of system support probability is created under cost constraint, and its characteristics are analyzed. Next, optimization approach of spares inventory is described with margin analysis, and the limits are confirmed by modifying initialized spares of all items. Finally, give further demonstration and proof of the optimization model through particular case applying.
