摘要
提出一种逼近理想点(TOPSIS)的故障模式危害性决策方法。利用模糊数来描述故障模式的严酷等级、故障模式的发生概率等级和故障模式的被检测难度等级,通过考虑产品设计者的设计意图及偏好,克服传统风险优先数法当RPN值相等或相近时各故障模式危害程度难以比较,以及各个风险优先数因子无相对权重的问题,并以某产品的工艺FMECA分析为例进行验证。
Based on TOPSIS, a decision making method for failure mode harmfulness is proposed. The grade of severity, the occurrence probability and the difficulty of detection of the failure mode are described by fuzzy number, considering the designer's design ideas and preferences to overcome problems, such as the harmfulness of failure mode is difficult to compare when the risk priority numbers are equal or close, and harmfulness priority factors have no relative weight. At last, the proposed method is verified by the case of process FMECA on a specified product.
