摘要
伴随着流态化技术的发展,其应用领域越来越广泛。从六十年代开始,人们利用流化床的"扬析"(segregation)特性,将其用于颗粒的分级,已有很多报导并取得一定成果。本人在横向填充的流化床内进行活性三氧化二铝颗粒(dp=63—300×10^(-6)m)的分级实验,得到不同颗粒供给速度和气速下的分级效率以及颗粒沉降速度,由此推算填充流化床做为分级装置的分级指标。为工业装置的模拟放大提供理论和实验数据。
The application of fluidization technology has been more and wider with the development of fluidization technology. Since 1960's the behaviour of segregation in a fluidized-bed has been used to the classificaion of particles. And certain effects have been obtained according to much more reports. The author has made the experiments on the classification of active alundum particles (dp=(63-300)×10-6m) in the fluidized-bed with packings in horizontal rows. The classification efficiency and the settling velocity of particles have been obtained at various feed rates of particles and gas velocities. As a result, the classification specifications of the packed-fluidized bed as the classificatorare worked out, and thus provides the theory and exeprimental data for the simulation and scale-up of industrial sets.
