摘要
探讨了自动完成悬臂式掘进机的巷道断面自动成形,提出了根据不同煤岩分布调整悬臂摆动速度来达到截割主电机恒功率控制的方法。所设计的系统可以根据用户输入的断面形状和参数自动完成巷道断面的成形,实现不同巷道煤岩分布情况下能够自动调节进给速度的功能,达到降低功率损失、提高工作效率及自动化的目的。为实现机掘巷道自动化和无人化提供了一种切实可行的方法。
The process of automatic forming of tunnel profile automatically completed by cantilever tunneling machine is investigated. The method of adjusting swing speed of cantilever to meet constant power control of main cut-off motor is proposed. The system designed can be used for automatic tunnel profile forming based on the shape of profile and parameters input by users. Thus the function of automatic adjustment of feeding speed in accordance with different distribution of coal and rock is implemented to reduce power loss and enhance working efficiency and the level of automation. This provides the feasibility of implementing tunnel automation and unmanned operation in near future.
