摘要
简要介绍了弯管机控制系统的组成结构、主要功能及编程的设计方法。系统硬件采用三菱公司Q系列PLC、图示操作终端F970GOT、智能定位模块QD75M4及交流伺服驱动单元。软件由梯形图和SFC图相结合,实现对弯管过程的自动控制,提高了加工效率。系统的性价比优良、可靠性高。对于有位置控制、速度控制要求的自动化装置,是一种较好的系统解决方法。
The composition and structure, main functions and programming and design methods of the control system for pipe bender are introduced briefly. The hardware of the system is composed of Q-series PLC, graphic operation terminal F970GOT, intelligent positioning module QD75M4, and AC servo drive unit from Mitsubishi. The software is combining ladder diagrams and sequence function chart (SFC) for realizing automatic control of pipe bender to enhance machining efficiency. The system features excellent cost effectiveness and high reliability. For automated devices that request position control and speed control, it is a better systematical solution
