摘要
提出了一种基于FPGA多功能复合安全性能测试仪校准仪的设计方案。采用现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)为控制芯片,结合电子负载,实现了集耐压、泄漏、绝缘、接地测试校准于一身的复合校准功能,测试数据可实时记录并通过LCD显示,并且可通过USB 2.0与PC机高速通信。通过该系统的开发,可以更大地提高测试仪校准仪的自动化和集成化程度。
The multiple functional compound safety property tester & calibrator based on FPGA is proposed. By adopting field programmable gate array (FPGA) as the control chip, and combining electronic load, compound functions including calibrations for voltage withstand, leakage current, insulation, and grounding have been implemented. The tested data can be recorded in real time and display on LCD. In addition, the calibrator can communicates with PC through USB 2.0 in high speed. The development of the system greatly enhances the automation and integration level of testing and calibrating instruments.
