摘要 随着我国电力工业的发展,高参数、大容量火电机组相继投入运行,燃煤所带来的环境污染日趋成为一个急需解决的问题,烟气连续监测系统在火电厂的应用日趋广泛。介绍了韶关钢铁集团公司热电站锅炉烟气连续监测系统的组成、各部分功能,并对此系统在应用中存在的问题进行分析,探讨了相应采取的有效措施。该套系统改进后运行正常,减少了维护量和数据偏差,有效地监控烟气污染物的排放,为热电厂实现烟气达标排放创造了条件。 Along with the development of our electric power industry, more and more power units with large capacity and high parameters have been put into operation, thus the environmental pollution brought by fired coal becomes extremely important issue to be resolved; and the continuous emission monitoring systems have been widely operated in fossil fired power plants. The composition and functions of each part in CEMS for boiler in Shaoguan Iron and Steel Group Company are introduced, and the problems existing in application of this system are analyzed, and in addition, the effective solutions are investigated. After improving, the system runs normally; the labor in maintenance and data deviation have been reduced ; and the emission of gaseous pollutants has been effectively monitored. The system is the foundation of meeting the emission standard for the thermal power plant.
