摘要
设计活动在当今设计行业中已经不是单纯的个体活动,而是设计-产品-市场-商品的全过程,更多表现为集体行为活动。设计管理也是对整个设计过程的管理。设计过程中会产生诸如设计产品与市场经营、设计部门与生产部门、管理者与设计师等方面的矛盾冲突问题。博弈论可以解释其中许多矛盾的根源,找出导致设计的侵占和模仿、管理者和设计师脱节、设计和生产低效率等方面的原因,从而帮助企业提高设计资源的有效利用,完善设计制度和提高效益。
Design now in the profession is not a pure individual activity, but the design -product -market - commodity process. It has suddenly revealed the characteristic of more performance of collective behavior. Design management is also for the entire design process. The design process will produce conflicts between the design product and the market management, the design department and the production department, the manager and the designer, etc. Regarding the above, we may utilize the game theory to explain it and find the reason of occupation and imitation in designing, the gap between managers and designers, the low efficiency of design and production. Thus, it not only can help enterprises to improve the efficient use of resources and the efficiency but also perfect the design system.
