浓薄荷水抗炎作用实验研究 被引量:22

摘要 目的观察浓薄荷水对炎症模型动物的消炎作用。方法致炎试验采用大鼠足跖肿胀法和小鼠耳肿胀法。结果高、低剂量的浓薄荷水和布地奈德均能明显抑制由二甲苯所致小鼠耳肿胀,并对蛋清所致大鼠足跖肿胀有明显的抑制作用,其中浓薄荷水高剂量组的肿胀率均最低,与溶剂组比较差异显著(P<0.01)。结论浓薄荷水有明显的消炎作用。 Objective To study the effect of concentrated menthence solution for diminishing inflammation in animal model. Methods The inflammation model was induced by rat paw edema caused with albumen and ear swelling caused with dimethylbenzene. The anti-inflammatory effect of concentrated menthence solution was observed. Results The high dosage of concentrated menthence solution and budesonide could diminish the inflammation of ear and inhibit the inflammation caused by albumen. The swelling rate of the high dosage of concentrated menthence solution was the lowest. Compared with the dissolvent group, the high dosage of concentrated menthence solution had significant anti-inflammatory action (P 〈0. 01). Conclusion The concentrated menthence solution has the obvious effects diminishing inflammation.
