门冬氨酸鸟氨酸在急性胆囊炎腹腔镜手术中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨门冬氨酸鸟氨酸在急性胆囊炎腹腔镜手术中保护肝功能的作用。方法将急性胆囊炎行腹腔镜胆囊切除术的患者35例,随机分为门冬氨酸鸟氨酸组(治疗组)20例和常规护肝组(对照组)15例,治疗组予注射用门冬氨酸鸟氨酸10g加生理盐水250mL静脉滴注,2次/d,术前1d开始应用至术后出院,并辅以常规护肝治疗;对照组仅采用常规护肝治疗。检测两组术前及术后丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天门冬酸氨基转移酶(AST)、总胆红素(TBIL)水平。结果术前两组肝功能指标明显增高,术后ALT及AST治疗组明显较对照组降低(P<0.05)且波动幅度较小,TBIL变化则不明显,平均出院时间明显缩短(P<0.05)。结论在急性胆囊炎腹腔镜手术中,应用门冬氨酸鸟氨酸能减轻术后肝脏损害,对肝功能具有保护作用。
