64排螺旋CT在急性胸痛早期诊断中的应用价值

Application Value of 64-slice Spiral CT in the Earlier Period Diagnosis of Acute Chest Pain

目的探讨64排螺旋CT(MSCT)增强扫描对急性胸痛病人的胸主动脉、肺动脉或冠状动脉病变的检出能力以及应用价值。方法对92例疑诊胸部血管性病变的急性胸痛病人行64排MSCT胸主动脉、肺动脉及冠状动脉联合增强扫描,应用多种CT重建技术显示胸主动脉、肺动脉及冠状动脉,以明确病因。结果30例患者未见异常,16例诊断为夹层动脉瘤,14例诊断为肺栓塞,32例诊断为冠状动脉狭窄。结论64排螺旋CT增强扫描对急性胸痛怀疑血管性病变的病人,能够及时明确诊断,对于指导治疗是一种可靠的方法。

Objective To evaluation of clinical application value with 64 - slice spiral computer tomography （MSCT） in examination of pulmonary dissection, thoracic aorta and coronary artery for patient with acute chest pain. Methods 92 cases with clinic doubt of Chest blood vessel pathological changes for patienta with acute chest pain were examined with MSCT and 3D reconstruction of pulmanary dissection, thoracic aorta and coronary artery. Results 30 cases with normal patient, 16 eases with aortic dissection, 14 eases with pulmonary embolism;32 eases with Coronary vessels narrow. Conelusion MSCT to acute chest pain doubt blood vessel disease change of patient, can be explicit in time examine a patient, for instruction treatment is a kind of credibility method.
