椎弓根钉棒系统治疗腰椎骨折15例临床分析

Clinical Analysis on Lumbar Vertebral Fracture Treated with Pedicle of Vertebral Arch Screw-stick

目的分析经椎弓根钉棒系统治疗胸腰椎骨折的临床效果。方法应用钉棒内固定系统治疗胸腰椎骨折15例,其中椎体屈曲压缩性9例,爆裂性骨折6例;合并脊髓神经损伤12例中,呈完全性神经损伤8例,不完全性神经损伤4例。结果经随访,采用摄X线片测定椎体前、后缘高度,观察其高度矫正情况,前缘术前平均高度40%,术后94%;后缘术前平均高度92%,术后98%。完全性神经损伤完全恢复0例,部分恢复2例,无恢复6例;不完全性神经损伤完全恢复1例,部分恢复3例。结论椎弓根钉棒系统治疗胸腰椎骨折具有复位满意,内固定牢固,允许患者早期下床活动等优点,是一种安全有效的治疗方法。

Objective To analyze clinical effect of lumbar vertebral fracture treated with pediele of vertebral arch screw - stick. Methods There were 15 cases who underwent this operation. Among them compressive fracture were 9 cases burst fracture were, 6 cases combined fracture with nerve injury were, 12 cases. Results The average height of anteri- or edge was 40% before operation and 94% after operation. The average height of posterior edge was 92% before opera- tion and 98% after operation in X - ray comparison. The nerve injury in some of case had improved. Conclusion This method might be satisfied, good fixation, early ambulation and safe.
