鼻内镜结合柯陆氏术治疗鼻腔-鼻窦巨大良性肿瘤

Sinus Nasalis Massive Benign Tumor Treated with Nasal Endoscope and Klus's Operation

目的探讨鼻内镜结合柯陆氏术治疗鼻腔-鼻窦巨大良性肿瘤及类瘤样病变的疗效。方法回顾性分析15例鼻腔-鼻窦巨大良性肿瘤的手术方式及术后疗效。结果除1例因眶纸板破坏,眶内血肿压迫内直肌致动眼障碍外（2个月后动眼障碍消失）,无并发症发生,随访1～5年无复发。结论鼻内镜结合柯陆氏术,可最大限度暴露病变,彻底切除肿瘤。与单纯鼻内镜手术相比具有出血量少,减少手术时间,不存留术野死角的优点;与鼻侧切开术比较,可避免手术疤痕,符合微创和美容要求。

Objective To discuss curative effect of nasal cavity and sinus nasalis massive benign tumor treated with nasal endoscope and Klus＇ s operation. Methods The clinical materials of 15 cases of such patient were analyzed in operative methods and results. Results All cases had been cured except 1 orbital plate broken that caused intraorbital hematoma without complication. There was no relapsed after 1 ～ 5 year follow - up. Conclusion This method might expose the operative area and resect tumor maximally. It might be safe, less operative time, less scar and micro- invasive com- pared with other operations.
