摘要
目的探讨妊娠合并急性阑尾炎患者的临床特点和治疗。方法回顾性分析我院收治的26例妊娠合并急性阑尾炎患者的临床资料。结果妊娠期急性阑尾炎26例中,早期妊娠3例(12%),中期妊娠17例(65%),晚期妊娠6例(23%)。其中,急性单纯性阑尾炎12例(46%),急性化脓性阑尾炎8例(31%),阑尾穿孔5例(19%)。完全流产占3.8%。结论重视观察早、中、晚孕期急性阑尾炎的临床特点,提高诊断率,减少误诊,及时手术,注意手术操作及保胎治疗。
Objective To discuss the clinical characteristics and treatment of pregnancy combined with appendicitis. MethtMs The clinical materials of 26 cases of such patient were analyzed retrospectively. Results There were early pregrkancy in 3 cases, middle in 17 cases and late in 6 cases. There were simple in 12 cases, suppurate in 8 case and per- foration in 5 cases. The complete abortion was 3.8%. Conclusion It should pay much attention to the characteristics of different stage of pregnancy combined with appendicitis so that to improve diagnosis and perform operation in time.
