摘要
人本精神的缺失,是当前心理学实验教学中存在的一个重要弊端。紧扣心理学实验教学的实际,积极吸收人本心理学教学观的合理成分,能给心理学实验教学改革带来有益的启示。心理学实验教学应体现全面发展的教学目标、多层次的教学内容、和谐的师生关系、启发式与研究性的教学方法、全面的教学评价及以人为本的实验室管理理念等特征。
One serious problem existing in current psychological experiment teaching is the absence of humanistic spirit. Adopting the rational parts of humanistic psychology teaching according to the practical status of current psychological experiment teaching may give some guidelines to the psychological experiment teaching reform. The following features should be reflected in the psychological experiment teaching, such as allround developing goals, multiple level teaching contents, harmonic teacher- student relationship, heuristic teaching methods, reasonable teaching effect evaluation and humanistic laboratory management.
