The Probe into the Innovation of Property Right in Private Enterprises

以家族企业为主体的民营经济对我国国民经济的作用越来越大,但也处在长不大,做不强的困境。该文探索了民营企业向现代公司制企业转型中遭遇的产权障碍,认为产权"三缘性"是其陷入困境的主要根源,并提出了家族企业向现代公司制企业转型的现实选择。

After the development of more than 20 years ,the private enterprises which are mainly composed of family-managed firms have done outstanding contribution to our national economics,but there is puzzle dom for them to develop further. The article explore the handicap of property right of private enterprises ,consider that the illegibility of property right may be the foundation stone of puzzle dora ,and advance some realistic ways for private enterprise to turn to modem corporation.
