摘要
以聚乙烯醇为分散剂,用苯乙烯、丙烯酸丁酯、丙烯酰胺、DMC为原料在过硫酸钾的引发下合成阳离子丙烯酸树脂。比较理想的合成条件为:m(BA)∶m(St)∶m(Am)∶m(DMC)∶m(PVA)=10∶10∶6∶8∶4,反应温度75℃,反应时间2h。该树脂具有自乳化性。用所得乳液作施胶剂,研究其对纸张的影响。结果显示:施胶速度快,抗水性好,胶液质量分数为0.15%时即可产生15s的施胶度,并能提高纸张挺度。
A novel preparation process of cationic acrylate resin is described in this paper. The emulsion polymerization of phenylethyhene, butyl acrylate, acrylamide and DMC is carried out in the presence of K2S2O3 as a initating agent and polyvinyl alcohol as a dispersing agent. According to the application result, the optimum polymerization conditions are as below: polymerization temperature 75 ~C, reaction time 2 h, m (BA) : m(St) : m(Am) :m(DMC) : m(PVA) = 10:10: 6: 8: 4. The product has self-emulsibility. The sizing performance of the emulsion in- dicates that the emulsion has fast sizing speed and good water-resistance, and it will decrease the paper softness obviously.
