摘要
在造纸生产中,当断纸将要发生时,纸张水分、定量,纸浆浓度及纸机车速等与断纸相关的物理量变化剧烈,其随机成分的非平稳性迅速增强。利用这一现象,分离出断纸相关信号中的随机变量,并计算其1(1/2)维倒谱。根据不同时刻之间倒谱距离反映的随机信号非平稳化程度,对断纸过程做出准确预报。在预报的基础上及时调整工艺过程,能够有效预防断纸发生。将这种方法应用于生产预报效果显著。
A new method for predicting paper breaking on production line based on analyzing con-stationary property of the random signals of paper breaking parameters including paper machine speed, furnish consistency, base weight and moisture of the paper is presented. In prediction process, the con-stationarizing amplitude of these random signals are estimated by the distance of 3/2 dimension cepstrum, and a paper breaking predictor is formed by proportional-integral-derivative algorithm of 3/2 dimension cepstrum of paper breaking random signals on line, the paper breaking can be judged in time from variation of 3/2 dimension cepstrum. The application of this method can predict paper breaking on the production line.
