十珍香附丸质量标准的研究

Studies on Quality Standard of Shizhen Xiangfu Pills

目的:建立十珍香附丸的质量标准。方法:采用TLC法对方中的香附、当归、川芎、黄芪进行了定性鉴别;采用HPLC法测定制剂中的芍药苷含量。结果:定性定量方法简便,准确,专属性强,重现性好。结论:提高后的质量标准更有效的控制该产品的质量。

Objective： To set up the standard for the quality control of Shizhen Xiangfu Pills. Methods： Rhizoma Cyperi, Radix Angelicae Sinensis , Rhizama Chuanxiong and Radix Paeoniae Alba were identified by TLC. The content of Paeoniflorin was determined by HPLC. Results. The identification and assay methods were simple, accurate, exclusive, and with good reproducibility. Conclusion： The improved quality standards can control the qulity of this product effectively.
