在介绍国内外手术患者典型差错事件、美国医院联合评审委员会(JCAHO)对此类事件的根源分析及世界卫生组织(WHO)对手术患者安全的全球行动方案基础上,试图找到适合我国国情、可实现的、有预防性作用的手术患者施术前安全管理思路,旨在促进手术患者安全,提高医疗服务质量。

This paper discusses the typical events of wrong site by JCAHO and the patients＇ surgical safety solutions suggested by principles for the patients＇ preoperative safety management which against the problem, in order to enhance patients＇ surgical safety surgeries at home and abroad, the roots of the events provided the WHO Collaborating Centre. The purpose is to set up the is applicable to China, both implemental and of precautionary and to improve healthcare quality.
