摘要
目的:预防与控制手术患者手术后的医院感染,降低手术患者的医院感染发生率,确保手术患者的安全。方法:加强手术器械消毒供应质量管理、手术室内部的医院感染管理、临床科室对围手术期患者的管理、围手术期抗生素合理应用的管理及手术患者医院感染的目标监测五个方面的工作,多部门、多科室紧密协作,实行全过程质量控制。结果:通过全过程质量控制,降低了手术患者的感染率。结论:手术患者医院感染的预防与控制涉及多个层面,诸多环节,需要医院各相关部门、科室紧密协作,实行全过程质量控制。
Objectives: To prevent and control surgical patient nosocomial infection, decrease surgical patient nosocomial infection rate and assure surgical patient safety. Methods: Five key departments' surveillances including surgical instruments disinfection supply management, operation room infection management, peri operative patient clinical management, peri operative patient antibiotics management and surgical infection management were strengthened. Multi-departments and multi sections were coordinated and total quality management were applied. Results: surgical patient nosocomial infection rate was decreased. Conclusions: surgical patient nosocomial infection prevention and control involved multi section and multi processes, it needs an coordinate management in hospital and total quality management were considered to application.
