The paper introduced the practice and experience of balanced score card （BSC） using in distribution system reform in Chongqing No.9 People＇s Hospital. Balanced score card was a good incentive mechanism for staff, clinical service, education and research were significantly improved after applying balanced score card. Hospital total capacity was promoted. Hospital medical income and drug income growth rate was above 10 percent and management expense was decreased year by year. Hospital got a health development and economic benefit and social benefit were plenty good.
