摘要
美国高校学生工作经历了"替代父母制"、"学生人事工作"、"学生服务"和"学生发展"等模式,逐步发展与完善,走出了一条专业化发展道路。学生工作以其学生本位的管理理念、条状运行的管理机制、服务为主的管理方式以及专业化的管理队伍为鲜明特征。这些特征对于我国高校的学生工作改革具有重要的借鉴意义。
As a professional field, the Student Mfairs Administration in US experienced several modes, such as in loco parenfis, student personnel work, student service, student development and so on. It takes the ＇student-based＇ philosophy and purpose of management, adopts the one-strip mechanism of management, executes a service-based method, and builds a professional working team in Student Affairs. All those characteristics are very important for us to refer to improve our student affairs in China.
