摘要
目的:比较国产奎硫平与奋乃静对老年期精神分裂症的治疗效果及安全性。方法:以奎硫平与奋乃静对66例老年期精神分裂症进行为期8周的对照治疗,采用阳性和阴性症状量表评定疗效,用副反应量表评定不良反应。结果:两组疗效差异无显著性(P>0.05)。奎硫平不良反应显著少于奋乃静(P<0.01)。结论:奎硫平是一种安全有效的抗精神病药。
Objective： To compare the offieacy and safety of quetiapine and perphenanize in senile schizophrenia. Methods： Quetiapine and perphenanize to be used on 66 of senile schizophrenia for 8 weeks, PANSS and TESS were used to access the efficacy and side effects. Results： There was no significant difference in efficacy between two groups, quetsapine bad less effect than perphenanize. Conclusion： Quetsapine is a safe effective antipsy chotic drug.
