摘要
为避免因轮齿折断、齿面损伤等因素引发的生产事故,有必要对齿轮接触状态的强度性能进行分析.利用Pro/E强大的参数化设计功能,对少齿差减速机内啮合齿轮进行精确的参数化建模.通过Pro/E与AN-SYS Workbench之间的无缝连接,将模型导入ANSYS Workbench中,利用有限元法对齿轮接触进行应力分析,为少齿差减速机的设计提供可靠的分析数据.
In order to avoid production accidents caused by broken teeth or teeth surface damage, it is necessary to analyze the intensity of gear contact. An accurate parameter model of few teeth difference reducer inner meshing gears is established based on parametric Pro/E. The model is led to ANSYS Workbench by seamless link between Pro/E and ANSYS Workbench. Stress is calculated with finite element method, which provides reliable analysis data for the design of few teeth difference reducer.
