摘要
本文针对食盐水电解中阳极寿命最低的次氯酸钠生产,采用了盐水高电流密度电解法和硫酸标准快速寿命测定法来预测钛阳极连续使用时的实际寿命。比较表明,上述两种方法的结果是一致的。对于次氯酸钠电解生产,后者更为简便易行,有一定实用价值。
In this paper the electrolytic process for production of hypochlorite is disscussed. For a dimensionally stable anode the life-time in continuous use and the actual operational life-time can be individually predicted by the electrolysis in brine with high current density and the standard acceleration life-time test in sulphuric acid solution respectively. The comparison shows that the two predictive methods are in good accordance with each other and the latter one is more convenient and suitable in application to the industrial production of hypochlorite.
