A Method of Acquiring Hierarchical Structure of Index System Based on Interpretative Structural Modeling

本文分析了建立评价指标体系递阶结构的过程，指出一过程可以转化为网络图的分解问题，以此为出发点，提出了运用解释性结构模型构造指标体系递阶结构的思想并给出了算法，通过示例说明了方法的应用。

In this paper,the process to aequire hierarchical structure of evaluation index system is analysed,and the process can be transformated into network analysis problem.Based on the above-mentioned viewpoint,the idea of using ISM (Interpretative Structural Modeling)to comstruction of index hierarchical structure is proposed,the algorithm used for dividing index system into hierarchical structure is designed.The effectiveness of the network analysis method is further illustrated in application.
