微粒子活性炭指导进展期胃癌淋巴结清扫的临床研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的评价微粒子活性炭在胃癌淋巴结清扫中的应用价值。方法回顾我科66例进展期远端胃癌患者的临床资料,30例在手术中局部注射微粒子活性炭对淋巴结染色指导区域淋巴结清扫,作为治疗组;36例实施传统方法的胃癌根治术,作为对照组。比较两组手术中清扫淋巴结的数目和手术时间。结果治疗组手术中清扫淋巴结1 657个,平均(55.23±11.73)个/例,对照组1 113个,平均(30.80±11.49)个/例,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);N1、N2、N3站淋巴结数差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组手术时间(217.07±37.19)min/例,对照组(223.19±40.34)min/例,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论局部注射微粒子活性炭进行淋巴结染色,有利于指导胃癌的淋巴结清扫。 Objective To evaluate the clinical applied value of activated carbon nanoparticles to guide gastric cancer lymphadeneetomy. Methods The clinical dada of 66 patients with advanced distal gastric cancer who received different method of lymphadeneetomy were analyzed retrospectively. Activated carbon particle was injected locally to guide the regional lymph node dissection in 30 cases as treatment group, and the traditional methods was performed in 36 cases as a control group. Numbers of the dissected lymph nodes and operation time were compared between two groups. Results There were 1 657 lymph nodes, an average of (55.23 ±11.73 )/case in treatment group, and in the control group there were 1 113 lymph nodes, an average of ( 30.91± 11.33 ). There was a significant difference ( P 〈 0.05 ) ; Operation time was ( 217.07 ± 37.19 ) minutes/cases in treatment group, and it was (223.19 ±40.34 ) minutes/cases in control group( P 〉 0.05 ). Condnsions Activated carbon particles injected locally is conducive to guiding the lymphadenectomy in gastric cancer.
