慢性肾炎血清SOD、NO/NOS和T淋巴细胞亚群检测意义 被引量:5

Clinical Significance of the Changes of Serum Levels of SOD,NO/NOS and T-cell Subset in Patients with Chronic Nephritis

摘要 目的探讨慢性肾炎患者治疗前后血清SOD、NO/NOS和T淋巴细胞亚群水平的变化。方法分别应用放免法、化学法和单克隆抗体法对37例慢性肾炎患者进行了血清SOD、NO/NOS和T淋巴细胞亚群水平的检测,并与35名正常健康人作比较。结果慢性肾炎患者在治疗前血清NOS水平显著高于正常人组(P<0.01)、而SOD、NO和CD4/CD8比值明显低于正常人组(P<0.01),经治疗半年后血清SOD,NO/NOS和CD4/CD8与治疗前组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论检测慢性肾炎患者血清SOD、NO/NOS和T淋巴细胞亚群水平对判断病情及其预后均具有一定的临床实用价值。 Objective To explore the changes in serum SOD, NO/NOS and T-Lymphocyte subsets before and after treatment in patients with chronic Nephritis. Methods The levels of serum SOD was detected with RIA, NO/NOS were detected with chemical methods and T-Lymphocyte subsets distribution type was detected with monoelonal antibody in 37 eases of chronic nephritis both before and after treatment and 35 controls. Results Before treatment, The levels of serum NOS were significantly higher than those in controls( P 〈0.01 ) ,while the serum levels of SOD ,NO and CD4/CD8 ration were significantly lower than those in controls ( P 〈 0.01 ). 6 months after treatment, serum SOD, NO/NOS, CD4/CD8 levels remained significantly higher or lower( P 〈 0.05). Conclusions Detection of serum SOD, NO/NOS and CD4/CD8 ration is valuable for the diagnosis and outcome prediction in patients with chronic Nephritis.
