排粪造影对出口梗阻性便秘的诊断

Diagnosis of Outlet Obstruction Constipation by Defecography

目的探讨排粪造影对出口梗阻性便秘的诊断价值。方法对110例有不同程度排便困难的患者行排粪造影检查。通过动静态观察排便过程。观察患者静息、提肛、力排时充盈像和黏膜像。并测量肛直角(ARA)、肛上距(DUAC)、乙耻距(DSPC)、骶直距(DSR)。结果110例便秘患者中9例正常,101例异常。结论排粪造影是一种简单无创的检查方法。是传统钡灌肠和结肠镜不可替代的检查方法。

Objective To probe into the diagnostic value of defecography for outlet obstruction opening constipation. Methods Check 110 patients, who had difficult of defecation in different degrees, were examined by defecography. Dynamic and static observation of defecate process showed the full-filling and defecation image when patients was resting, lifting anus, defecating, and ARA, DUAC, DSPC, DSR were measured. Results 9 constipation patients are normal, 101 are abnormity. Conclusions Defecography is a simple method to diagnose outlet obstruction constipation without wound. It couldn＇ t be replaced by the traditional barium sulfate clyster and colonscope.
