摘要
中间包在水平连铸工艺中占有重要地位,实验表明温度分布与流场和传质密切相关。中间包的吹氩搅拌可较好地解决温度均匀化问题,点热源位置在中间包长度的三分之一处时的加热效果较好,温度分布更为符合连铸要求。通过无量纲化处理,可将冷态结果推广到热态。
The tundish is the important metallurgical unit in the horizontal continuous casting. The temperature distribution in tundish is affected by flow field and mass transfer. Stirring by Ar blowing gives a better uniformity of temperature. When heat source is located at one third distance of tundish length, its effect on heating liquid is better. By the analysis of dimensionless method, the temperature field in tundish over 1500℃ has been found from the results of water model.
